I rode a much slower Funny bike in early 90s…7.30s at only 187mph…
It covered the 1st 60-feet in just over 1-second which is 3Gs…
It tapered down to 2g by the finish line…

It’s all push-button…at 43-44 seconds you see his elbow drop when he pushes the button for 1st gear…you can hear it engage when his elbow drops…3-speed trans….he shifts 2x during the run down track…
